Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@aellae.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue. Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare or personal care products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Final sale or clearance items
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
